to 1-1/4 inch in diameter to lengths that are only restricted
by the diameter of the heater. Various lead styles are available
to withstand constant flexing, washdown or extremely corrosive
and moist environments. They can also be manufactured to prevent
failure in vacuum or cryogenic applications. |

Flanged
Immersion Heaters from Heaters Controls & Sensors
Flanged Immersion Heaters are used in large capacity vessels,
for high temperature and pressure applications. They are installed
by bolting the unit to a matching flange welded to the vessel.
Watt densities from 90 Watts/sq inch, Explosion Proof (NEMA
7), Corrosion Resistant (NEMA 4X), General Purpose and Standoff
Terminal housings are available. A number of sheath materials
like Titanium, Incoloy, Stainless Steel, Steel, and Copper can
be used as required for specific applications. Standard Flanged
Immersion Heaters have a 150 lb flanges but 300 lb flanges are
also available. To guarantee sheath material and watt density
compatibility with material or process being heated consult

Over
The Side Immersion Heaters from Heaters Controls & Sensors
Over The Side Immersion Heaters tubular elements are designed
for installation from the top of tanks where through-the-wall
heaters cannot be installed. They are available in many configurations,
with partially unheated sections, thermostats, washdown, or
corrosion resistant enclosures. Over The Side Immersion Heaters
can be manufactured with different sheath materials like 316
SS, Titanium, Copper, Steel, Incoloy, Teflon Coated, or Ouartz
for acids, and can be made in various shapes and sizes. They
are normally designed for particular applications, however certain
sizes are also available from stock. |

Circulation Heaters are Flanged or Screwplug heaters that are
mounted in a pressurized vessel, and are a complete unit for
heating flowing gases or liquids. They are compact and highly
efficient heaters are ideal for side arm or inline applications
in either natural circulation or forced/pumped systems. The
wide variety of options make Circulation Heaters suitable for
most applications like Heating Fuel oil, Air, Steam Superheating,
Corrosive gases & liquids, Water and or delicate liquids
like brewers grain for Beer. |

Screw Plug Immersion Heaters

Screw Plug Immersion Heaters are ideal for immersion min liquids,
where space and connections are a problem. They are installed
in medium to small size containers at pressures up to 3000 PSI.
Watt densities from 90 Watts/sq. inch, Explosion Proof (NEMA
7), Corrosion Resistant (NEMA 4X), and General Purpose Terminal
housings are available. A number of sheath materials like Titanium,
Incoloy, Stainless Steel, Steel, and Copper can be used as required
